- Candidate should have cleared his/her last exam securing more than 55%.
- Candidate's annual family income should be no more than 600000.

- Undergraduate

Candidate should graduate from current enrolled course in year 2024.

Candidate's national identity should be Indian.

Candidate's educational institution should be in one of the following states:
- National Capital Territory of Delhi
- Candidate or his/her parent(s) should not be employed by any of the following employers:
