  • Candidate's primary state of residence should be one of the following:
    • National Capital Territory of Delhi
  • Candidate should have completed at least one of the following levels of education:
    • Undergraduate
  • Candidate should have finished his/her highest level of education in year 2023.
  • Candidate should have graduated 12th standard/HSC from one of the following states:
    • National Capital Territory of Delhi
  • Candidate should have graduated last degree from one of the following states:
    • National Capital Territory of Delhi
  • Candidate's primary field of study of most recent undergraduate course should be one of the following:
    • Architecture & Design
    • Chartered Accountancy
    • Computers & Information Technology
    • Education
    • Engineering & Technology
    • Fashion & Textile
    • Healthcare Technology & Services
    • Legal Studies
    • Management Studies
    • Mass Media
    • Medical Studies

  • Candiadte should be a university top rank holder from his/her recently attended undergraduate course.
  • Candidate should have graduated SSC/10th standard from the one of the following states:
    • National Capital Territory of Delhi
