  • Candidate should have passed 12th standard securing a minimum of 60%.
  • Candidate's annual family income should be no more than 1000000.
  • Candidate's secondary field of study in the current program should be one of the following:
    • Law
  • Candidate should be an Indian citizen or a permanent resident of India.
  • Candidate should be attending an institution accredited by one of the following councils/boards:
    • Bar Council of India (BCI)
    • National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
    • University Grants Commission (UGC)
  • Candidate's primary field of study should be one of the following:
    • Legal Studies
  • Candidate should be enrolled in one of the following levels of education:
    • Undergraduate
    • Postgraduate
