  • Candidate's primary state of residence should be one of the following:
    • Odisha
  • The board of education to which candidate's 12th standard/HSC passing institution is accredited should be one of the following:
    • Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
    • Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE)
    • Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education
  • Candidate should have passed 12th standard securing a minimum of 55%.
  • Candidate's annual family income should be no more than 800000.
  • Candidate should be currently enrolled in an accepted or accredited institute in India.
  • Candidate's time commitment for this course should be one of the following:
    • Full-Time
  • Candidate should not have been awarded any scholarship for the current year.
  • Candidate should be enrolled in one of the following levels of education:
    • Undergraduate
  • Candidate should currently be enrolled in one of the following class, grade, semester, standard, term, or year:
    • 1st (First, Ⅰ) Semester
    • 2nd (Second, Ⅱ) Semester
    • 1st (First, Ⅰ) Year
  • Candidate's primary field of study should not be one of the following:
    • Education
  • Candidate's primary state of residence should be one of the following:
    • Odisha
  • Candidate's annual family income should be no more than 800000.
  • Candidate should be currently enrolled in an accepted or accredited institute in India.
  • Candidate's time commitment for this course should be one of the following:
    • Full-Time
  • Candidate should not have been awarded any scholarship for the current year.
  • Candidate should be enrolled in one of the following levels of education:
    • Postgraduate
  • Candidate should have passed recent undergraduate course with minimum 55%.
  • Candidate should currently be enrolled in one of the following class, grade, semester, standard, term, or year:
    • 1st (First, Ⅰ) Semester
    • 2nd (Second, Ⅱ) Semester
    • 1st (First, Ⅰ) Year
  • Candidate's primary field of study should not be one of the following:
    • Education
