  • Candidate's primary state of residence should be one of the following:
    • Andhra Pradesh
    • Bihar
    • Chhattisgarh
    • Jharkhand
    • Madhya Pradesh
    • National Capital Territory of Delhi
    • Odisha
    • Telangana
    • Uttar Pradesh
    • West Bengal
  • Candidate should be at least 17 years old.
  • Candidate should have completed at least one of the following levels of education:
    • Post-Matric (Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC))
    • Undergraduate
  • Candidate should be currently enrolled in an accepted or accredited institute in India.
  • Candidate or either of his/her parents should be affected by Hansen's disease, commonly termed as Leprosy.
  • Candidate should be residing in self-settled leprosy colony.
  • Candidate should not have been awarded any scholarship for the current year.
  • Candidate should currently be enrolled in a Professional course.
  • Candidate should be enrolled in one of the following levels of education:
    • Diploma (Undergraduate / Junior)
    • Undergraduate
    • Postgraduate
  • Candidate should have graduated from last attended school/course in or before 2022.
  • Candidate should have graduated from last attended school/course in or after 2021.
  • Candidate should currently be enrolled in one of the following class, grade, semester, standard, term, or year:
    • 1st (First, Ⅰ) Semester
    • 2nd (Second, Ⅱ) Semester
    • 1st (First, Ⅰ) Year
