Candidate should not have been awarded any scholarship for the current year.

- Pre-Matric (Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC))

Candidate's educational institution should be in one of the following states:
- Uttarakhand

Candidate should currently be enrolled in one of the following class, grade, semester, standard, term, or year:
- 1st (First, Ⅰ) Standard
- 2nd (Second, Ⅱ) Standard
- 3rd (Third, Ⅲ) Standard
- 4th (Fourth, Ⅳ) Standard
- 5th (Fifth, Ⅴ) Standard
- 6th (Sixth, Ⅵ) Standard
- 7th (Seventh, Ⅶ) Standard
- 8th (Eighth, Ⅷ) Standard
- 9th (Ninth, Ⅸ) Standard
- 10th (Tenth, Ⅹ) Standard
