Candidate should not have been awarded any scholarship for the current year.

Candidate should be enrolled in one of the following levels of education:
- Undergraduate
- Diploma (Postgraduate / Senior)
- Postgraduate
- Doctorate

Candidate's primary field of study should be Architecture & Design.

Candidate's secondary field of study in the current program should be Planning.

Candidate's national identity should be Indian.
