  • Candidate's primary state of residence should be Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Candidate should belong to the cast Scheduled Tribes (ST)
  • Candidate's time commitment for this course should be Full-Time.
  • Candidate should be currently enrolled in an accepted or accredited institute in India.
  • Candidate should not have been awarded any scholarship for the current year.
  • Candidate should not be retaking/repeating a class.
  • Candidate should be enrolled in one of the following levels of education:
    • Diploma (Undergraduate / Junior)
    • Undergraduate
    • Diploma (Postgraduate / Senior)
    • Postgraduate
    • Doctorate
  • Candidate identifies as one of the following:
    • Male
    • Other
