- 9th (Ninth, Ⅸ) Standard
- 10th (Tenth, Ⅹ) Standard
- 11th (Eleventh, Ⅺ) Standard
- 12th (Twelfth, Ⅻ) Standard

Candidate should not have been awarded any scholarship for the current year.

Candidate's parent(s) or spouse should be in one of the following occupations:
- Driver of commercial vehicles
- Driver of small transporters
