- Candidate's annual family income should be less than 500000.
- Candidate should have passed 12th standard securing a minimum of 35%.

Candidate should be enrolled in one of the following levels of education:
- Diploma (Postgraduate / Senior)
- Postgraduate

Candidate's national identity should be Indian.
- Candidate should have passed recent undergraduate course with minimum 35%.
- Candidate's annual family income should be less than 500000.
- Candidate should have passed most recent Diploma Course securing a minimum of 35%.
