Candidate should have graduated SSC/10th standard from the one of the following states:
- Uttar Pradesh
- Candidate's annual family income should be less than 200000.

Candidate should be physically challenged.
- Candidate should have passed 10th standard securing a minimum of 65%.

Candidate should have graduated from 10th standard in year 2024.
